This is a preventative healthcare plan and is not the same as pet insurance. Pet insurance is still advisable to cover the use of accident or illness, as each policy is different in terms of cover.
If you find that membership to the Pack is not providing you with the benefits you expected, it is very easy to cancel with reception.
